"Gaming app Pota-Toss gets sequel as parent company Saborstudio keeps on growing."

Costa Rican gaming startup Saborstudio today announced the release of a sequel to its popular iOS game Pota-Toss, which hit 100,000 downloads in four months thanks to its addictive gameplay, which lets users toss potatoes at threatening spuds.

-TheNextWeb

"Highlights from DreamIt Demo Day."

Saborstudio began as a Kickstarter project; TechCrunch called it "the next Angry Birds." Instead of evil pigs though, Saborstudio's first game has evil potatoes. The graphics are impressive. They're extremely detailed, almost like a Pixar movie, and they take your current location into account.

-Business Insider

"Kickstart The Next Angry Birds: Pota-Toss, With Gorgeous GPS-Based Levels."

Judging from their plucky, endearing Kickstarter video, the developers already have a good sense of marketing. I’m confident they would have reached their funding goal without this article. But I love the intersection between art and technology, and I love games, and I want to play Pota-Toss soon.

And we have.
